Privacy
This page covers two things: the GenomEats app and this website.
The app
GenomEats is built so that genetic analysis happens on your device. When you open a raw DNA file in the app, it is read and interpreted on your iPhone. Your DNA file, the genotypes read from it and the advice generated from them are not sent to GenomEats servers.
Because we never receive your genetic data, we cannot sell it, share it, lose it in a breach or hand it to anyone who asks for it. Deleting the app, or the file inside it, removes it.
This website
genomeats.com is a static site. It has no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no third-party tracking scripts or pixels. Fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page does not contact Google or any other font service.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes standard request information, such as IP addresses, to serve pages and protect against abuse. If we turn on aggregate traffic statistics, we will use a cookieless tool that does not track individuals across sites, and we will update this page first.
Questions
